- To contact you about your request by phone call or text message, as you consent on our forms.

How we share information
We share the information you submit with one service provider matched to your request (a restoration or roofing contractor, or a public adjuster where you asked for a claim review), who may contact you about your request. We also share information with vendors who help us run our business (hosting, form, analytics, CRM and advertising providers) under appropriate obligations, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.
Calls and texts
If you consent on our form, Calmwater Home and the one matched provider may call and text you at the number you provide, including using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or email us to opt out of calls. Message and data rates may apply.

Insurance and deductibles
Whether your damage is covered, and how much is paid, is decided by your insurer under your policy. Your deductible is applied by your insurer to your claim payment. It is insurance fraud punishable as a felony of the third degree to intentionally file an insurance claim containing any false, incomplete, or misleading information.
